Refund & Exchange Policy

At Swiftech Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

No Refund After Purchase

  • Once a purchase is completed, refunds are not provided.

  • Refunds are strictly not available for change of mind or personal preference.

Incorrect or Wrong Item Delivered

  • If we have delivered an incorrect item, you are eligible to receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • The correct item as originally ordered.

Exchange for Another Product

  • Exchanges for another product are subject to approval by Swiftech Store

  • You may exchange an item for another product available in our stock within the same price range, only if we approve the exchange.

  • Exchange approval depends on stock availability.

Manufacturing Defects

  • You are eligible for a refund or replacement if there is a manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours (2 days) from the time of delivery.

  • To process a refund or replacement, the product must be returned with:

    • The original box

    • All accessories and contents originally included in the package

Checking Time Policy

  • We provide a 48-hour checking period for all items delivered within Malé and Hulhumalé.

  • For island deliveries, customers are given 5 days checking time.

  • Any issue must be reported within the allowed checking period to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

 

Important Notes

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing contents will not be accepted.

  • Physical damage, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not covered.

  • Swiftech Store reserves the right to make the final decision on all refunds and exchanges.

  • All issues must be reported to Swiftech Store at 745-4700 via WhatsApp or Viber within the applicable checking period.
