1. Where is your store located?
We do not have a physical walk-in store. Swiftech Store operates from an office/warehouse in Malé, and all orders and deliveries are arranged directly from our office/warehouse.
2. How can I make a purchase?
You can place an order in two ways:

Through our website: Complete your order on the swiftech.mv website, then send us a screenshot of your order confirmation via WhatsApp or Viber.

Through WhatsApp or Viber: Send us a screenshot or product link of the item you wish to purchase, and our team will assist you with the order.
3. What are the payment options?
We accept cash or bank transfer. Payment can be made upon delivery.
4. Are your products brand new and original?
Yes. All products sold by Swiftech Store are 100% brand new, original, and factory-sealed. We do not sell used, refurbished, or unsealed items.
5. Do you provide delivery?

6. What is the checking time for products?

7. What if my product has a manufacturing defect?
If a manufacturing defect is found and reported within 48 hours, we will provide a replacement or refund. The product must be returned with the original box and all included accessories.
8. How do I report an issue?
All issues must be reported to Swiftech Store at 745-4700 via WhatsApp or Viber within the applicable checking period.
